All digital product sales are final. For service packages, refunds are available prior to project kickoff. After kickoff, we work in good faith to resolve issues but do not guarantee refunds.
Advisory or consulting agreements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Any work completed during the notice period will be billed at the agreed-upon rate.
